Firefighters will be training at the Prince George Airport on Wednesday morning.
The crew, from the airport's operations team, to be on the scene for two hours, starting at 7 a.m. and onlookers are being reminded that the fires they'll be working on pose no threat .
"These fires may produce dark smoke in and around the airport area which has, in the past, caused concern from local residents resulting in increased call volumes to your agencies," Prince George Airport Authority said in a statement.
The fires are held in self-contained training facilities under controlled circumstances.
