BC Hydro and its contractors are hosting a job fair in Prince George on Mon., Feb. 22, noon to 7 p.m. at the Coast Inn of the North, for workers interested in the Site C project.
Roughly 1,500 people will be working on the main civil works contract at its peak, and 600 workers are needed by this spring.
BC Hydro's contractors will be available to answer questions regarding the types of jobs available, their hiring process and any additional questions job seekers may have. Representatives from employment and skills training organizations will also attend.
Those interested should bring resumes but advance registration is not required.
