In advance of Christmas dinner, a Thompson Rivers University (TRU) instructor will talk turkey with those preparing the meal.
The class on cooking and carving for curious culinary enthusiasts will go live on YouTube and remain there for anyone to watch.
"Join TRU culinary arts instructor Adam Florence in the kitchen for a virtual lesson, where he’ll show you how to prepare the perfect turkey right in time for the holiday season," states the university on Facebook.
The video class is part of the school's 50th anniversary, which includes a series of one-off online courses locals may be interested in.
