A man is in hospital in Williams Lake today (Dec. 14) after being stabbed early this morning.
Mounties were called to an address on 1000-block Maple Street around 2:45 a.m., following reports of a disturbance, according to a police release.
When they arrived, they found a 30-year-old man bleeding with an apparent stab wound.
He was rushed to hospital; his injuries don't look to be life-threatening, the release states.
A 30-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and is in police custody.
The two people knew each other prior to the incident, RCMP say, and the public isn't at risk.
