Tim Hortons in Fort St. John has donated $14,145 to the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation, the result of sales from the recent Smile Cookie Campaign, held from April 29 to May 5.

This year marked the first time the FSJ Hospital Foundation pre-campaigned for this fundraiser. They introduced pre-order options for individuals, families, and businesses, including delivery for orders of five boxes or more. This initiative, supported by several local businesses, significantly boosted sales.

“We are very thankful to Tim Hortons and the Fort St. John community for their generosity,” said Kelly Amboe, executive director of the FSJ Hospital Foundation. She added, “It was wonderful to be out in the community delivering cookies, ordered through the pre-order feature this year, helping us spread even more smile to the community and increase engagement!”

The Smile Cookie campaign has been a tradition for Tim Hortons since its inception in 1996. Across Canada, the campaign supports hundreds of local charities, hospitals, and community programs, raising over $111 million for local charities and community groups to date.
