The 2025 North Central zone triple-A and double-Ar boys championships are underway at D.P. Todd and Duchess Park secondary schools.
The double-A event at D.P. Todd Secomndary School features teams from Peter Skene Ogden, Lakes District, Nechako Valley, Shas Ti Kelly Road and D.P. Todd.
In Thursday's results, Peter Skene Odgen of 100 Mile House opened with a 96-56 win over Lakes District of Burns Lake, Nechako Valley of Vanderhoof defeated Shs Ti Kellty Road 72-59 and D.P. Todd topped PSO 66-47.
The triple-A tournament at Duchess Park Secondary School features College Heights, Lake City, Correlieu and Duchess Park.
On Thursday, College Heights defeated Lake City of Williams Lake 98-44 and Duchess Park posted a 65-62 win over Correlieu of Quesnel.
Winners of the zone tournaments will advance the provincial championships March 5-8 at the Langley Event Centre.
