Theatre North West presents Doubt, A Parable until March 3, every night except Mondays. Sister Aloysius is the principal of a Catholic school. She begins to have doubts about the conduct of a young priest. When she takes matters into her own hands, there is an avalanche of surprises and uncertainties that turns this story into a riveting mystery that has gripped theatre audiences around the world. Groop Gallery hosts the 2010 Artsfest Exhibition every Friday from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until Feb. 28. There are ten chosen artworks which have toured Northern B.C. since last April. For more information call Melanie Dejardines at 250-561-1442.

Seedy Saturday, organized by Community Gardens Prince George and hosted by Exploration Place, will take place at the Canfor Atrium at the Exploration Place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This free event offers information and displays of local garden clubs and environmental groups, organic and heritage seed sales. Free presentations and workshops in the learning centre, displays about xeriscaping, naturescaping, beneficial insects and master gardeners will be on hand to answer questions. Antique Appraisals will be held at Art Space, above Books & Co., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring treasures down to have them appraised for $10 each. Everyone is welcome to attend and watch others as they get information about their items. All proceeds stay with the Huble Homestead/Giscome Portage Heritage Society and go back into the Huble Homestead Historic Site.

Spirit of The One Song art reception and gala performance at the Coast Inn will be held on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. This is an exceptional evening of B.C. foods, beverages, arts and cultures leading up to a one of a kind performance where the PGSO merges their music with the dance of Judy Russell, the voices of District 57 Tapestry Singers, the theatre of Serious Moonlight and more. The evening concludes with Soprano Marion Newman and the PGSO performing Simon Cole's The One Song.
