Photos: Farmer's Market gives thanks for Saturday's sunny weather

Sun and increasingly warm temperatures brought out the crowds to enjoy the Prince George Farmer's Market's fresh produce and goods Saturday following the below zero morning. Vendor tables were filled with root vegetables and other goods in preparation for the Thanksgiving shopping.

More than 70 vendors lined Third Avenue from Quebec Street to Queensway on the last day for the outdoor market.

For Sunday, expect fog patches in the morning before a mix of sun and cloud becomes cloudy near noon. Prince George will enjoy a long weekend high of 18C, dropping to 9 C overnight with a 30 per cent chance of showers.

For Monday, look for clouds and a 30 per cent chance of showers in the morning before rain starts near noon and ends late in the afternoon, with a high of 14C and an overnight low of 1C.

Environment Canada calls for a high of 9C Tuesday with a mix of sun and cloud, dropping to 1C overnight.
