This year's 59th annual Prince George and District Music Festival will be highlighted by the return of a prominent musician who received his basic education here both in academics and music.
"We are pleased to welcome home Joel Stobbe who will be our adjudicator for the string section during the festival," said Wilma Romanin, president.
