Alice Cooper fans will have to wait to see his Prince George tour stop.

The CN Centre has announced the concert slated for Thursday, April 16, has been postponed due to concerns of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as well as the rest of his North American tour, which was slated to run March 31 through April 22.

However, the tour is being rescheduled for Fall 2020.

"The tour is being rescheduled for Fall 2020 and the itinerary will be announced as soon as possible," a statement reads. "Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets."

Ticket refunds will not be issued until the new Prince George show date is announced.

"Due to the current concerns regarding COVID-19, the health and safety of our fans, local venue staff, as well as the health and safety of our band and crew, is of utmost priority," a band statement says.

"Information regarding previously purchased tickets and VIP packages will be available soon at alicecooper.com. It is recommended that those who have tickets should retain them for the rescheduled shows.”

"Let's get through this together and resume rocking later in the year," Cooper added.
