The annual Christmas tree recycling continues Sunday at the CN Centre parking lot with residents encouraged to drop off their natural trees.
The service is free with the organizers, Job's Daughters, accepting donations for taking natural, non-decorated trees and turning them into mulch to be used in local parks.
It's set up in the corner of the CN Centre parking lot near the intersection of 18th Avenue and Ospika Boulevard from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job’s Daughters and Bednesti Tree Services unload and chip the trees.
The 2024 event saw about 120 trees chipped for the city's parks division.
