A four-storey 50-unit apartment complex at the foot of University Hill passed through a public hearing during city council's Monday night meeting.
It is to be located at the corner of Foothills Boulevard and Glen Shee Road - on the same property as two other buildings that make up the Forest Glen Apartments.
The project should take about two years to complete, council was told.
