Police are on the lookout for three Prince George men facing charges from a major investigation into drug trafficking.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Derek Charles MacNicol Timmins, 49, Garth Clarence Goodkey, 53, Daniel David Wilson, 35, the B.C. Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit said in a statement issued Thursday.
Each faces several charges from an investigation that began in 2019.
In February 2021, seven search warrants were executed leading to the seizure of 29 guns, ammunition, 1.7 kilograms of cocaine, more than 3,000 pills of various types, MDMA, LSD, more than 70 kg of cannabis resin, 958 cannabis plants, $40,000 in cash, three trucks, a ring worth more than $100,000 and a money counter in the searches.
Five people were arrested but were released pending charge approval.
The investigation uncovered links between the suspects and full-patch Hells Angels members, CFSEU said in a statement issued in July.
Each of the three have been charged with trafficking in cocaine for the benefit of a criminal organization. Timmins and Goodkey also face the charge with respect to cannabis and Goodkey has been charged with trafficking a non-restricted semi-automatic rifle, trafficking a prohibited semi-automatic rifle and trafficking two prohibited high-capacity magazines,
Three properties and a diamond ring linked to the investigation have also become the subject of a civil forfeiture proceeding, also launched in July.
In July 2012, Goodkey was sentenced to a 23-month conditional sentence order for trafficking in methamphetamine and crack cocaine for the purpose of traffickin
