As Enbridge continues its cleanup efforts of a major oil pipeline spill in Michigan, B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell said Tuesday he has confidence in a federal review of Enbridge's proposed $5.5-billion Northern Gateway pipeline to reduce the safety risks in northern B.C.
