Burns Lake-based modular home dealer Pine Ridge Modular Ltd. has expanded into Prince George.
The company held a grand opening for its Prince George dealership, located at 2737 Redfield Pl., after a “soft launch” in September.
The family-owned company has been selling modular homes in northern B.C. since 1999, CEO Phil Sensenig said.
“We’ve developed hundreds of homes all over B.C. and the Yukon,” Sensenig said. “I just want to provide homes that I would want to live in myself.”
Pine Ridge Modular carries homes built in Kelowna by SRI Homes.
“Thank you for choosing Prince George as your new home,” Mayor Simon Yu said at the grand opening. “We need housing like this to get first-time buyers into the a house.”
