City of Prince George opens 62 new off-street parking spaces in downtown core

The new spaces cost $1 per hour or $6 per day

Motorists visiting downtown Prince George and looking for somewhere to park will now have 62 more options to do so. 

The City of Prince George has added 62 new parking spaces at 1079 6th Ave. between Queensway and George Street, located behind the Keg. 

The stalls are available for $1 per hour or $6 per day. The lot is free on evenings and weekends. 

City staff recently installed a pay kiosk and directional signage. 

You can access the parking lot: 

  • From the southbound lane of Queensway
  • From 5th Avenue behind Crossroads Brewing
  • From 6th Avenue near the front of the Park House Condominiums
