Students who attend the local college's fall open house could have their application fees waived and even qualify for tuition credit.
The College of New Caledonia (CNC) is inviting local high school students and their families to attend the event on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 3-7 p.m.at the Prince George campus.
This event offers an exciting opportunity for students to explore CNC’s more than 80 academic programs, as well as learn about student services and campus life. Attendees will have the chance to meet with experienced instructors, ask questions, and receive personalized advice on how to best align their academic interests with their future career goals.
Anyone who submits an application to CNC during the open house will have their application fee waived for applications submitted before Dec. 31. All applicants will also be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $1,000 tuition credit.
Students who RSVP by Nov. 18 will be entered to win an additional $500 tuition credit.
This event is part of CNC’s ongoing commitment to supporting local students as they transition from high school to post-secondary education, offering them a closer look at what the college has to offer.
