From Prince George provincial court:
- Warner Chester Adam (born 1965) was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Jesse Nathaniel Charles Andreason (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for uttering threats, breaching probation and breaching a release order. Andreason was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing.
- Ronald Dale Collin (born 1974) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possessing a firearm without a licence or registration, improper storage of a firearm, possessing stolen property under $5,000, break and enter, to 37 days for assaulting a peace officer, to 30 days for assault and to 15 days for breaching an undertaking. Colln was also sentenced to one year probation on the counts and issued a five-year firearms prohibition on the firearms counts and was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.
- Trevor Alvin Charles (born 1970) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after an allegation of robbery.
- Ryan Kenneth Edward McLane (born 1983) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.
- Victor Jonathan Alex (born 1981) was sentenced to a 30-day conditional sentence order and one year probation for breaching probation and resisting arrest.
- Chelsy Anna Mae Bishop (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for resisting arrest.
- Joel Garrett Sam (born 1988) was sentenced to three years probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for uttering threats and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, committed in Vanderhoof. Sam was in custody for 218 days prior to sentencing.
- Robert Alvin Wickum (born 1959) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus $600 in victim surcharges for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.
- Thomas Arthur Prince (born 1986) was sentenced to a four-month conditional sentence order and one year probation for robbery, committed in Fort St. James, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 for two counts of driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Fort St. James and Prince George, and to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Fort St. James. Prince was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.
- Ethan Smith (born 2002) was sentenced to a one-year conditional sentence order and six-months probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. James, and to one year probation for assault with a weapon, committed in Fraser Lake. Smith was in custody for 30 days following his arrest on the Fort St. James count.
