From Prince George provincial court:
- Shawn Gordon Bains (born 1984) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.
- Robert James Herron (born 1969) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence and one year probation and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for possessing stolen property over $5,000 and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration. Herron was also issued a three-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the firearm count.
- Anna Marie Elizabeth Thibodeau (born 1977) was sentenced to to a six-month conditional sentence and assessed $600 in victim surcharges for possessing stolen property over $5,000, possessing a firearm contrary to an order and possessing a firearm without a licence or registration. Thibodeau was also issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the firearm without licence or registration count.
- Jesse Nathaniel Charles Andreason (born 1979) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation and breaching a release order. Andreason was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
- James Edward Joseph (born 1985) was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order. Joseph was in custody for seven days prior to sentencing. - Kyla Michelle Brenton (bonr 1994) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.
- Michael James George Nelson (born 1982) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and ordered to pay $2,150.40 restitution for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence.
- Nicholas Ronald Power (born 1985) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and ordered to pay $50 restitution for mischief $5,000 or under.
- Jennifer Roxanne Hixon (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under and personation with intent to avoid arrest, committed in Prince George, and breaching probation, committed in Vanderhoof. Hixon was in custody for four days prior to sentencing.
- Ronald Arthur Scott Janes (born 1969) was fined $250 plus a $38 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Tyler Bert Sinclair (born 1986) was sentenced to one year probation for three counts of theft $5,000 or under. Sinclair was in custody for 40 days prior to sentencing.
- Jason Frank Stewart (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $3,000 plus a $900 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.
- Monique Lee Willey (born 1988) was sentenced to two years probation for stealing a motor vehicle and assault causing bodily harm. Willey was in custody for 153 days prior to sentencing on the vehicle theft and was in custody for 73 days following her arrest on the assault.
- Virgil Kane Clapperton (born 1972) was sentenced to one year probation for public mischief and to zero days for two counts of breaching probation, all committed in Vanderhoof.
- Joseph Dale Felix (born 1997) was sentenced to a 60-day conditional sentence order and 10 months probation for assault and to time served for breaching a release order and breaching an undertaking. Felix was in custody for 11 days prior to sentencing.
- Benjamin Harold Gerber (born 1971) was fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for refusing to provide a breath sample.
- Skylar Joseph Peter Jakesta (born 1994) was sentenced to 46 days in jail for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence and to one year probation on the count as well as on one count each of breaching probation and mischief $5,000 or under. Jakesta was in custody for 33 days following his arrest on the break and enter and for 14 days prior to sentencing on the mischief count.
- Jory Danile McCrimmon (born 1989) was sentenced to 49 days in jail for breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence and to two years probation on the count as well as on one count each of possessing or using a stolen credit card and breaching probation, all committed in Mackenzie, and to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Prince George. McCrimmon was in custody for five days prior to sentencing.
- Sadie Evette Morris (born 1973) was sentenced to one year probation for possessing stolen property under $5,000.
- David William Ashton Neal (born 1993) was fined $1,500 plus a $225 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Ty Bryan Murray Watson (born 1996) was fined $300 plus a $45 victim surcharge for driving without a driver's licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Sakanisin Scotty Charlie Charlie-Tom (born 1991) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage and sentenced to time served for mischief over $5,000. Charlie-Tom was in custody for 78 days prior to sentencing.
- Jessie Scott Ferris (born 1992) was sentenced to 19 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation. Ferris was in custody for seven days prior to sentencing.
- Terry Daniel Hanson (born 1982) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and two years probation for assault and uttering threats, to six months probation for willfully resisting arrest and breaching a release order and to one day in jail for a second count of breaching a release order. Hanson was also assessed $600 in victim surcharges and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the assault count. Hanson was in custody for two days following his arrest on the resisting arrest and first count of breaching of a release order.
- Janice Marie Baptiste (born 1977) was sentenced to one year probation for obstructing use of property.
- Devin Andrew Jacobs (born 1985) was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order, committed in Fort St. James. Jacobs was in custody for 21 days prior to sentencing.
- Brandon James Peters (born 1980) was prohibited from driving for one year, sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and 18 months probation and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for dangerous driving under the Criminal Code.
- Catherine Stephanie Wilson (born 1989) was sentenced to one year probation for obstructing use of property, possessing stolen property under $5,000 and theft $5,000 or under.
