- Patrick Williams (born 1981) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for being in a dwelling-house without lawful excuse and two counts of uttering threats .to cause death or bodily harm. Williams was in custody for 55 days prior to sentencing.
- Clinton Levi Poitras (born 1981) was sentenced to 12 days in jail issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for break and enter and committing an indictable offence. Poitras was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count and for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and breaching a release order and for a second count of break and enter and committing an indictable offence. Poitras was in custody for 239 days prior to sentencing.
- Lawrence Richard Seymour (born 1966) was prohibited from driving for 2 1/2 years and fined $1,000 for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.
- Jason Ross Mcleod (born 1986) was sentenced to 74 days in jail for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and to 64 days in jail for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and to one year probation on the counts.
- Bruce Neuls (born 1967) was sentenced to one year probation for assault.
- Paul Daniel Shaw (born 1984) was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence order and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under and for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. Shaw was also prohibited from driving for one year.
- Ronald James Sukkau (born 1963) was sentenced to 12 days in jail, served on an intermittent basis, and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Eugene Duncan Joseph (born 1977) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Time served was not available.
- Dilmeet Singh Chahal (born n/a) was sentenced to a two-year conditional sentence order and three years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for dangerous driving, fleeing police and occupying a vehicle
knowing a firearm is present.
- Walter Charles Wilson (born 1990) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breaching probation. Wilson was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.
- Kelly Dean Gerk (born 1999) was sentenced to time served for assault causing bodily harm. Gerk was in custody for 386 days prior to sentencing.
