Drivers can expect single-lane alternating traffic on 1st Avenue between Kingston Street and Lower Patricia Boulevard on Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews patch the road and pave.
Crews spent Wednesday at the site to fix the break.
Nearby businesses will be experience water outages, the city states.
