In order to obtain more signatures, anti-HST organizers are branching out and after this Saturday, May 29, the petition will no longer be at the Professional Building.

It will be available at the 1705 Third Ave. location Tuesday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

After that, the focus is on door to door canvassing. "We want to give people the opportunity to sign who haven't," said petition captain, Eric Allen.

The Prince George-Mackenzie, Prince George-Valemount, and Nechako Lakes ridings have obtained 7,047, 6,511, and 3,475 signatures, respectively. They've exceeded the added goal of 15 per cent.
