RCMP Downtown Enforcement Unit in Prince George are making one drug bust after the other in the heart of the city.

A woman was arrested early Friday on First Avenue near Dominion Street for allegedly distributing a majority of the crack cocaine in the downtown core, said Cpl. Kent MacNeill.

The woman was found in possession of crack cocaine and other trafficking related evidence. She is facing drug trafficking charges.

Earlier that day the DEU members searched a suspected crack house in the 2000 block of Tamarack Street where they seized small quantities of crack, cocaine, meth, and prescription drugs. Several men and women were arrested at the site. The investigation continues.
