A North Nechako home suffered extensive damage in a fire early Friday morning.
Called to the scene at about 2 a.m., Prince George Fire Rescue firefighters arrived to find the 3600-block McClarty Crescent home fully involved.
The fire was quickly extinguished but damage is estimated at $480,000, PGFR said.
One person was home at the time of the incident and got out safely.
In all, 16 firefighters from three halls responded.
Cause of the fire was undetermined at this time.
