Foodie Fridays are back for the summer at Canada Games Plaza in the heart of Prince George.
The popular event kicks off Friday, July 5 with food trucks, vendors, games and live music to give the occasion an especially festive air and goes from noon until 4 p.m.
Dates of the event are July 5, 19 and 26, Aug. 2, 9, 16 and 30.
This week’s culinary adventure will see vendors Smokehouse on the Run, Afro Caribbean and Joel’s Cookies on site while Amanda Wood provides live entertainment.
Tourism PG will be open in their new location nearby and games like Connect 4 and Ladder Ball will be set up in the Canada Games Plaza located at 725 Canada Games Way.
Musicians set to entertain during these events include Amanda Wood, Grace Hoksbergen, and Sam Holden. Other food vendors who will be on site through the summer include Frank’s Family Kitchen and Baller Foods.
