Foothills elementary school was evacuated for about 15 minutes Friday morning in response to a burning smell in gym.
Students at the school on Eaglenest Crescent were back in class by shortly after 9 a.m. and maintenance staff continued to investigate, school district superintendent Brian Pepper said.
