PG French Women Network will hold a women's relay event along with a garage sale, silent auction and door prizes at the French Community Centre, 1752 Fir St. from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Le Cercle des Canadiens Francais have produced an 18-month calendar as a fund raiser for its 50th anniversary celebrations. Cost is $5. The French Community Centre will hold an open house on May 8 at 6:30 p.m. The celebration will be filled with surprises.
Other anniversary celebrations include a gala supper on Nov. 6, St. Jean Baptist Day in June and a corn roast in September.
