Work will soon begin on the $28-million Boundary Road project after a groundbreaking ceremony was held Friday near the corner of Boeing and Gunn Roads northeast of the airport.
The ceremony was held four days after city council awarded a contract to Western Industrial Contractors to carry out the construction.
