Big flakes of snow were falling on Saturday morning as the Hart Ski Hill opened up for their 54th season of skiing and snowboarding. With schools letting out for their Christmas break on Friday, it was the perfect time for the local ski and snowboard hill to open and they welcomed skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. With a solid base already in place, snow-makers running, and Mother Nature expected to add another 20cm of snow, conditions were excellent for those that came out to explore the 22 acres of ski and snowboard trails the facility has to offer.
