Help needed to find missing man

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public's help in locating a missing person.

Franklin Douglas Orr, 46, is described as aboriginal, 165 cm (5'5") tall and weighing 73 kg (160 lbs) with brown eyes, long black hair (last seen in a ponytail), and tattoos of a necklace and cross around his neck and boxing gloves on his back shoulder.

He was last seen on Wednesday near First Avenue and Tabor Boulevard at about 9:20 a.m. and was wearing: dark pants, dark jacket, light coloured shoes and sunglasses

Orr does not have a vehicle, but likes to go fishing, particularly at Paddle Wheel Park in Prince George.

"Frank, as he likes to be called, did not return to his residence," RCMP said. "This behaviour is out of character and a concern for loved ones. Investigators are asking the public's help in locating him."

Anyone who may seen Orr since Wednesday morning is asked to call Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300, or can make tips anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).
