You will now have another chance to win a home in Prince George as the annual Spruce Kings Show Home Lottery is back.
The home is located in the Aberdeen Glen Subdivision at 2738 Links Drive, built by Hopson Construction and fully furnished by Theory Hardware.
The grand prize not only includes the house itself, but comes with all of the furniture and décor.
The home is 3,135 sq. ft., valued at $730,000 and has four bedrooms, an office, four bathrooms, a two-car garage and vaulted ceilings.
The show home opened on Monday, Nov. 13 and has already had more than 1,000 visitors.
The house will be open for viewing until April 27, 2020; a total of 11,000 tickets are up for sale at $125 each.
You can purchase tickets at the show home itself, Canadian Tire, Hart Home Hardware, Spruce Credit Union downtown, and Theory Hardware.
