The multi-residential building sitting in the 1400 block of Irwin Street went up in flames early this morning to the tune of $600,000 in damages.
There were no injuries.
Prince George Fire Rescue crews from four halls responded to the call that came in at about 4:40 a.m. and found heavy smoke and flames coming from the centre unit.
Crews managed to keep the blaze to the building where the fire originated.
Fire crews were on scene for several hours to make sure the fire was out.
Cause of the fire is under investigation.
