Mackenzie mayor Stephanie Killam and Prince George councillor Dave Wilbur were returned as chair and acting chair of the Fraser-Fort George Regional Hospital District's board of directors on Thursday.
The primary function of the body is to share in the capital expenses of Northern Health's health care facilities and medical equipment within the district, which covers the same area as the regional district.
The board also approved a bylaw to adopt the annual operating budget for the year 2010 of just over $5.5 million.
