Municipal bylaw services has been reloaded and is ready to fire.
The enforcement department of City Hall has been understaffed for several months, and leadership was also in transition. New manager Guy Gusdal was brought on board in mid-March and he just finished hiring up all the vacancies that had dotted the personnel roster in bylaw enforcement, animal control and parking enforcement. He told The Citizen this week that the team is now in place - five hires, plus the existing staff.
