The Prince George Legion presents a Vimy Ridge dinner on April 9 featuring a turkey dinner buffet with presentations by the Rocky Mountain Ranger Cadets including guest speakers.
The dinner marks the 99th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge, which was fought from April 9 to April 12, 1917.
The battle is considered a formative moment in Canadian history, and marked the first time all four divisions of the Canadian Corps fought side-by-side during the First World War.
Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner is at 6 p.m.
Tickets are only sold in advance until April 7.
