Live fire training will be taking place at the Prince George Airport (YXS) again on Saturday, July 9. Training will take place from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Residents are reminded these fires pose no threat to the public or surrounding areas as these fires are held in self-contained training facilities under controlled circumstances.
They are part of ongoing recurrent fire training and certification.
However, these fires may produce dark smoke visible in and around the airport area.
