Prince George will be among the communities affected when Canada Post launches a new system later this summer that will see local-to-local mail dropped into the mail box on Friday sent down to Vancouver for sorting over the weekend.
The idea, which is being implemented throughout the province's central and southern Interior, is being met with plenty of skepticism by Canadian Union of Postal Workers' regional director John Bail.
