One person is dead after being hit by a pickup truck on the Barkerville Highway Saturday.
Quesnel RCMP say the 64-year-old man was trying to cross the road near the 4 Mile Store when he was hit.
The truck's driver stayed at the scene and co-operated with the investigation, police report.
