Two counts of attempted murder are among the eight charges a Prince George man is facing following the shots fired incident Monday afternoon on Faulkner Crescent.

Paul Gerard Judge, 47, also faces two counts each of discharging a firearm with an intent to wound or disfigure and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and one count each of arson damaging property and careless use of a firearm.

Judge was arrested after police received a call of a shots fired incident from a nearby gas station where they found a vehicle with a single bullet hole in it. He was apprehended at the home without incident but not before smoke began billowing from one of the home's windows and firefighters were called in to douse the blaze.

Judge remained in custody as of Tuesday with a bail hearing set for Friday at the Prince George courthouse.

Police have said the incident appears related to a domestic dispute.

There were no reports of injuries.
