Ravinder Singh has been reported missing by the Prince George RCMP.

The Prince George RCMP is appealing to the public for help in locating 20-year-old Ravinder Singh, who was last seen on Northwood Pulpmill Road at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2.

Authorities believe Singh, who is not familiar with the Prince George area and may be disoriented and/or inadequately prepared to stay outdoors overnight, may have been heading east on the Beaver Forest Service Road towards Shelley. He's originally from Surrey.

Singh is described as an Indo-Canadian male, standing 5'11" (180 centimetres) tall, weighing 155 pounds (70 kilograms), with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen riding a bicycle.

When last seen, Singh was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a black hat and a light-colored shirt. He was carrying a black backpack and a bicycle helmet.

“Ravinder’s family is extremely concerned for his well-being,” said Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP. “If anyone has seen him or has any information about his whereabouts, we urge them to contact us immediately.”

Investigators are also requesting any video surveillance or dashcam footage that may have captured Singh’s movements in the area of Ospika Boulevard and Tyner Boulevard on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2, as he travelled by bicycle toward Northwood Pulpmill Road.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300.
