Friends and family of the man gunned down last week are expressing their grief on a social networking site.

Nathan Alcide Marshall, 27, may have been facing charges for a violent home invasion when he was found dead Wednesday morning in the front yard of a Hemlock Street home but he'll be remembered as a "great guy" with a "kind heart and gentle soul" according to postings on Facebook.
