A man was seen exposing himself to people along O'Grady Road in College Heights recently.

A woman was running along the street around 6:45 p.m. when she noticed something moving the bushes across the street from Home Depot.

"I was running towards home, and I try to stay aware of my surrounding. So when I saw something moving I thought it might be a bear. But there was a man, stark naked with his hands and legs spread wide open, with a huge smile on his face," said the woman, who is not being named for safety concerns.

The woman said she had to do a double take, she was so shocked at what she seen. She said he kept smiling, and did it again.

She said he was about 15 to 20 feet into the bushes, and didn't appear to be intoxicated.

As she ran, she passed to young girls who must have also seen the man.

"I caught up to them and noticed they were really upset. They told me they were going to go straight home, and I decided to call the police. The girls were young, maybe in grade six or seven."

When she called the police, she said there seemed to have been other complaints as well. She said if this has been going on for a while, she wanted the public to know.

"It's a very busy area, and there are so many young families and kids that use that area. That was my major concern," she said.

She said she doesn't think the man was that old, maybe in his 30s.

Prince George RCMP were unavailable for comment.
