The first is a new program called Cancer and Beyond, which starts this Thursday. The second is another Cancer Transitions workshop, starting Feb.13.

Cancer & Beyond

Feb. 4 (2 to 4:30 p.m.)

This is an exciting new opportunity for patients who are completing cancer treatment or who have completed cancer treatment. It is a 2.5 hour workshop that explores longer term medical and emotional health side effects associated with cancer treatment. It is an interactive workshop with plenty of time to ask questions. A family member or support person is able to join the workshop as well.

Cancer Transitions

Feb. 13 - March 20

Cancer Transitions is a free six-week workshop designed to help cancer survivors move from active treatment to post-treatment care. Each weekly session will provide information on exercise, nutrition, emotional health, quality of life and medical management concerns.
