David Bernard Kerbrat (born 1981) was fined $1,000, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited. Kerbrat was fined $500, handed another one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence.
Bradley Arthur Denie Collier (born 1984) was handed a 12-month conditional sentence, given 12 months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property over $5,000 and driving while disqualified.
Marcel Rodney James Tobin (born 1990) was handed 12 months of probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property under $5,000.
Kurtis Maurice Champagne (born 1988) was handed a 30-day conditional sentence, three months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. 18 months of probation and a $100 victim surcharge were given for breach of undertaking.

Daniel Thomas Dupuis (born 1985) was handed a three-year driving ban for driving while prohibited. Dupuis was sentenced to six months in jail and handed 18 months of probation for fleeing from police. Another month in jail and a second three-year driving ban was received for driving while prohibited. Dupuis also received a three-month jail sentence and 18 months of probation for dangerous operation of a conveyance.

Graham Ashton Small (born 1994) was given a 10-month conditional sentence, 24 months of probation, and a 10-year discretionary firearms ban for assault. An 18-month conditional sentence, 24 months of probation and a DNA order were also given for being in a dwelling-house without a lawful excuse.

Victoria Alana Thomas (born 1977) was handed 12 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,900 in restitution for uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage and mischief $5,000 or under, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Naves was also fined $1,000, given another 18-month probation order, a one-year criminal driving ban, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for impaired driving. Naves received a further fine of $2,000, an 18-month probation order, and a one-year criminal driving ban for refusing to provide a breath sample.
Clifford Ryan Poole (born 1987) was given 12 months of probation for breaching a release order and theft $5,000 or under. Poole was sentenced to 21 day in jail, 12 months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. 10 days in jail, a 12-month probation order, and a $100 victim surcharge were given for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Jayson Lee Delorme (born 1982) was ordered to provide a DNA sample and handed 12 months of probation for breaching a release order.
Jennifer Lee Zammit (born 1977) was fined $2,000, and handed a 20 months of probation with a 20-month criminal driving ban for refusing to provide a breath sample.
