Prince George Law Courts 

Crystal Leah Arndt (born 1974) was sentenced to a single day in jail and handed 18 months of probation for theft $5,000 or under. 

Quesnel Law Courts

Henry Alessandro Guglielmin (born 1978) was fined $500, handed a two-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Leslie Marie Holloran (born 1968) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Austin Jordan Smart (born 1993) was given two years of probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon. 

Chet Lee Bradley (born 1978) was ordered to provide a DNA sample, sentenced to 13 months in jail, and handed a mandatory lifetime firearms ban for trafficking a controlled substance. 

Robert Richard Olsen (born 1980) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and handed 21 months of probation for mischief and breach of undertaking. He was sentenced to another 40 days in jail and handed a second 21-month probation order for assault. 

Dwayne William Prato (born 1971) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Williams Lake Law Courts

Eddie Marvin Quilt (born 1991) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for assaulting a peace officer and 30 days for fleeing from police. He was further fined $500, sentenced to another 60 days in jail, and handed a three-year driving ban for driving with a suspended licence. 

Ronald Andrew Hill (born 1965) was assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two probation breaches. 

Trenton Frederick Stump (born 1990) was sentenced to three days in jail and handed 30 days of probation for a probation order breach. 

Troy Donovan Edinger-Moody (born 1988) was sentenced to nine days in jail for breaching probation. 

Gabriel Billy (born 1965) was fined $1,000, handed a 12-month driving ban, and assessed a $300 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Brett David James Moorcroft (born 1983) was fined $200 for breaching a release order. Moorcroft was fined another $200 and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Tyler James Anderson (born 1994) was handed 18 months of probation for breaching a release order and possession of stolen property over $5,000. Anderson was fined $500, handed a two-year driving ban, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence, in addition to being handed another 18 months of probation for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.  Anderson was also sentenced to 14 days in jail and handed 18 months of probation for possession of stolen property under $5,000. 

Christopher Gordon Robinson (born 1989) was sentenced to 10 days in jail and handed a year of probation for assault. 

Jeffery Alexander McNabb (born 1980) was sentenced to 78 days in jail and handed 18 months of probation for breaking and entering while committing an indictable offence. McNabb was given another 18 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under, possession of stolen property, and break and enter with intent to commit offence. 

Walter Scott Bowman (born 1969) was sentenced to nine days in jail and handed seven days of probation for breaching a probation order. 

Vanessa Leona Clark (born 1980) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and handed 24 months of probation for dealing with an identity document without a lawful excuse. Clark was sentenced to another 19 days in jail and handed 24 months of probation for breaching a probation order and release order.  

Michael Robert Spies (born 1978) was handed 12 months of probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Edward Gordon Morehouse (born 1960) was handed a 360-day conditional sentence, 18 months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under, assault, and breach of undertaking. Morehouse was also fined $500, handed another 18 months of probation, given a two-year driving ban, and assessed $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Nicholas Scott Ortiz (born 1998) was fined $600 and assessed a $180 victim surcharge for breaching a release order. 

100 Mile House Law Courts 

Jennifer Dawn Cooper (born 1980) was fined $500, handed a 12-month driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Dawson Creek Law Courts 

Pamela Rae Beaudoin (born 1983) was sentenced to 120 days in jail with a 12-month probation order for theft of mail. Another 45 days in jail and a second 12-month probation order was given for mischief $5,000 or under. Beaudoin also received 82 days in jail and another 12 months of probation for a second theft of mail charge of theft, and 22 days in jail with a 12-month probation order for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Beaudoin was handed 12 months of probation each for another theft of mail charge, break and enter while committing an indictable offence, and theft $5000 or under. Another 60 days in jail was given for a further charge of mischief $5,000 or under. 

Beaudoin was also ordered to provide a DNA sample, given another 12 months of probation, and handed a mandatory 10-year firearms ban for assault with a weapon. They were further fined $500, assessed a $75 victim surcharge, and given a one-year driving ban for driving with a suspended licence. 

Teri-Lynn Schultz (born 1987) was fined $500 and handed a criminal driving ban for dangerous operation of a conveyance. 

Oliver Marcus Enns (born 1994) was given a 90-day conditional sentence and handed a five-year discretionary firearms ban for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. 

Jesse Victor Bowley (born 1982) was sentenced to a single day in jail for breaching probation. 

Fort St. John Law Courts 

Tyson Dwight Cote (born 1991) was handed a 45-day conditional sentence, 12 months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. 

Jamie Alison Dennis (born 1984) was fined $500, handed a one-year criminal driving ban, and assessed a $300 victim surcharge for impaired driving.
