Prince George Law Courts 

Shannon May Lambert (born 1991) was handed a 12-month probation order for assault. 

Taylor Madison Dodd (born 2003) was sentenced to a single day in jail for breaching a release order. Dodd was also given a one-year conditional sentence, ordered to provide a DNA sample, handed six months of probation, and a lifetime mandatory firearms ban for occupying a vehicle knowing a firearm was present. 

Stephen Ryle Donnelly (born 2005) was given a 90-day conditional sentence for breaching a release order. 

Jared Allan Charles Kenyon (born 1999) was ordered to provide a DNA order, and handed a 12-month probation order with a three-year discretionary firearms ban for assaulting a peace officer and assault. Kenyon was also given a 90-day conditional sentence, ordered to pay $500 in restitution, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaking and entering, committing an indictable offence. 

Brandon August Meise (born 1992) was handed 24 months of probation for uttering threats to burn, destroy, or damage, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. 

Austin Christopher Mohr (born 1999) was given a 120-day conditional sentence, handed a 12-month probation order, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for dangerous operation of a conveyance and assaulting a peace officer. 

Adyn Stanley Nelson (born 2000) was handed a six-month conditional sentence, 12 months of probation, and ordered to pay $2,000 restitution for mischief $5,000 or under.  

Shakayla Cassidy Quewezance (born 2000) was ordered to provide a DNA sample, and handed 18 months of probation with a 10-year mandatory firearms ban for robbery, and using an imitation firearm to commit an indictable offence. 

Trevor William Jarvis (born 1984) was handed six months of probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. 

Jaron Mathias Wagner (born 1998) was given a six-month conditional sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. 

Neil Romeo Joseph Hamel (born 1975) was sentenced to 30 months in jail, ordered to provide a DNA sample, and handed a lifetime mandatory firearms ban for possession for the purpose of trafficking. Hamel was given another 21 days in jail for possession of a controlled substance. Hamel was sentenced to a further 150 days in jail and handed a three year criminal driving ban for driving while disqualified. Another 60 days in jail with a second three year criminal driving ban was given to Hamel for driving with a suspended licence. 

Jonathan Monk (born 1995) was ordered to provide a DNA sample and handed a one-year probation order with a mandatory lifetime firearms ban for assault with a weapon and breach of undertaking. 

Quesnel Law Courts 

Dustin Wade Allen (born 1973) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

James Arthur Hollingshead (born 1981) was handed 12 months of probation for mischief. 

Williams Lake Law Courts

Adam Patrick Junior Skin (born 1991) was handed 12 months of probation for theft. 

Lorna Faye Stump (born 1972) was given 12 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Cali Peal-Barton (born 1994) was given 12 months of probation and ordered to pay $2,472.92 in restitution for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Jack Michael McCabe (born 1993) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Patrick Williams (born 1981) was sentenced to 12 days in jail, handed an 18-month probation order with a 10-year discretionary firearms ban, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. 

Christopher Rea Middlemiss (born 1978) was fined $500 and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Curtis Anthony Thomas (born 1993) was handed a 12-month probation order for theft $5,000 or under. 

James Stuart Dowse (born 1990) was fined $500, handed a three-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. Dowse was further fined $1,000, handed another three-year driving ban, and assessed a $150 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. Dowse was assessed a $100 victim surcharge and handed 18 months of probation for obstructing an officer and uttering threats. 

Dowse was also fined $2,000, sentenced to 17 days in jail, handed another three-year driving ban, and assessed a $300 victim surcharge for another charge of driving with a suspended licence. 

Tyler Bert Sinclair (born 1986) was sentenced to 15 days in jail and handed 12 months of probation for breaching a release order. Sinclair was given another 59 days in jail, and 12 months of probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. 12 months of probation was also given for breach of undertaking and theft $5,000 or under. 

Randall Todd Smith (born 1967) was given 12 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under. 

100 Mile House Law Courts 

Sherry Lynn Browett (born 1968) was fined $500, handed a 12-month driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Dawson Creek Law Courts. 

Donad Alexis Daniel Supernault (born 1983) was sentenced to a single day in jail for theft $5,000 or under. 

Fort St. John Law Courts 

Sheldon Dean Horne (born 1987) was handed 18 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under and breach of undertaking. 

Shaun Allen Ostashek (born 1986) was handed three years of probation with a three-year discretionary firearms ban, a forfeiture order,  and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for careless use or storage of a firearm. 

Arthur Lavern Nelson Read (born 2003) was sentenced to 30 days in jail, handed 12 months of probation, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. Read was given a further 14 days in jail, and a 12-month probation order for theft $5,000 or under. Another seven days of jail time was given to Read, with another 12-month probation order for breaching probation and breaching a release order. 

Read was also sentenced to 11 days in jail and handed a 12-month probation order for disguising their face with the intent to commit offence, and breaking and entering, while committing an indictable offence. 

Travis Shane Roth (born 1989) was handed 12 months of probation for mischief, mischief $5,000 or under, breach of undertaking, and possession or use of a stolen credit card. They were also given a four-month conditional sentence for assault causing bodily harm. 

Dylan Blair Skerik (born 2004) was sentenced to five days in jail and handed 12 months of probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. 

Fort Nelson Law Courts

Glen Peter Dale Tsakoza (born 1974) was handed 12 months of probation with a 12-month suspended sentence for mischief. 

Grant Joel Wheeler (born 1995) was fined $200 and assessed a $60 victim surcharge for breaching probation. 

Gary Brandon Reno (born 1995) was ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution, and handed an 18-month probation order with an 18-month suspended sentence for mischief $5,000 or under.
