Prince George Law Courts

Ryan Wade Bazille (born 1980) was sentenced to 30 days in jail and handed 18 months of probation for dealing with an identity document without a lawful excuse. Bazille was sentenced to another eight days in jail for breaching a release order.

Bazille was also ordered to provide a DNA sample, handed an 18-month probation order, and ordered to pay $9,520 in restitution for fraud over $5,000 and handed another 18 months of probation for personation with intent to gain advantage. 

Bazille was sentenced to a further 60 days in jail and handed another 18-month probation order for fraud, and sentenced to seven days in jail with a second 18-month probation order for assault. 

Troy Allen Gagne (born 1986) was given 12 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Gregory Clifford Pennell (born 1979) was given 18 months of probation for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. 

Paul Nicholas Russell (born 1985) was sentenced to a single day in jail, ordered to pay $606.70 in restitution, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon. 

Benjamin Eugene Wilson (born 1991) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Elizabeth Anne Rutledge (born 1971) was fined $750, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $112.50 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Quesnel Law Courts 

Jade Allen Bennett (born 1988) was fined $500, handed a two-year driving ban, and assessed a $150 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Bert William Butcher (born 1981) handed six months of probation with a 10-year discretionary firearms ban and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for careless use or storage of a firearm.

Devlin Jane Cassel  (born 1994) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for assault. Cassel was sentenced to 67 more days in jail for a second assault charge, and given an additional 30 days in jail with a 12-month probation order for assault causing bodily harm. 

Jessica Caitlin Thomas (born 1993) was handed six months of probation for assault, and fined $100, handed a three-month driving ban, and assessed a $15 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration. 

Williams Lake Law Courts

Ellen Lousie Letnes (born 1977) was handed 12 months of probation with a conditional discharge for theft $5,000 or under. 

Kyla Michelle Brenton (born 1994) was sentenced to 11 days in jail for breach of undertaking, and handed 12 months of probation for theft $5,000 or under. 

Kyle Devon Graham (born 1985) was handed a 30-day conditional sentence for breaching a release order. Graham was also fined $1,000 and handed a one-year criminal driving ban for impaired driving. 

Christopher Edward Deleau (born 1977) was fined $750, handed a one-year driving ban, and assessed a $113 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Adrian James Attachie (born 1991) was ordered to provide a DNA sample, sentenced to 133 days in jail, and handed two years of probation and a lifetime mandatory firearms ban for aggravated assault. Attachie was sentenced to an additional 35 days in jail for breaching probation. 

Fort St. John Law Courts

Jordan Wade Saddleback (born 1989) was handed 12 months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Damien Apsassin (born 2001) was ordered to provide a DNA sample, given 12 months of probation, and handed a mandatory ten-year firearms ban for assault with a weapon. 

Dawson Creek Law Courts

Maurizio Lorenzo Caron (born 1992) was handed 18 months of probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for mischief $5,000 or under and assault. 

David Lyle Wheeler (born 1965) was given one year of probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. 

Brent Howard Mactavish (born 1960) was fined $2,000, handed a three-year criminal driving ban and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for impaired driving.
