Small businesses can now get help finding the right employee through an online evaluation service provided through the Chamber of Commerce.
Certified business and marketing coach Shane Dehod, who gave the first of what he hopes will be many seminars Thursday at the chamber office, said the employer solutions program will give small businesses a tool to more accurately assess a potential hire.
