A planned power outage will start at 10 a.m. today to allow BC Hydro to make more permanent repairs following the loss of service to 1,900 customers in the West Bowl area earlier this week.
The outage, which will leave three schools in the area unaffected, is expected to last until 3 p.m.
The area affected is east of Foothills Boulevard, west of Tabor Boulevard, north of 156h Avenue and South of Otway Road.
A failed switch had been determined to be the cause of the original outage on Tuesday.
