Prince George observed Remembrance Day Monday, Nov. 11.
A parade followed an indoor ceremony at the Civic Centre, with the laying of wreaths at the Cenotaph.
Newly elected MLA Rosalyn Bird, a Navy veteran, spoke at the ceremony, as did Prince George-Cariboo MP Todd Doherty.
Representatives of the RCMP, Prince George Fire Rescue and local cadet corps were also on hand.
